No, we do not offer that. If you need help attaining security PIN codes (SKIM Codes / Key Codes / Key Cut Codes), we provide a NASTF Assistance Package. Yes, we do provide this service through our REDLINE Package. In this package, you will receive a call in under 30 minutes after you submit your ticket and pushes you ahead of the line for direct support. Our call-back times do vary on certain days. We normally can't gauge the amount of tickets we get in on a daily basis, but rest assure to expect a call as soon as possible. Wait times can range around 10 minutes to an hour, although we do our best to provide a call-back in less than an hour.
Make sure you are logging into Stellantisiop.com instead of Techauthority.com. Stellantis attributed the original Tech Authority site around 2022. If you have never signed up for Stellantis, make sure to make an account and use the same email as your Witech Login, so your subscriptions will connect to both platforms.
