Please make sure you have your tools under our support. We cannot activate subscriptions or tokens if you are not under our Mopar Suite. Tokens and subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Subscriptions are activated immediately and begin after we have sent you a confirmation email.

Tech Authority is fast, convenient, OEM, and works directly with your Chrysler OEM Tools (MicroPOD II, and MDP).

Once connected, the software automatically checks for updates, flash files, TSBs, and fault code-related repair information.

Tech Authority Service Information even includes 2016 Chrysler/Fiat vehicles and works with your LSID on the new vehicles with rolling pin codes.

Subscription will be activated shortly after purchased is completed.

 

AE Tools is an authorized distributor of Tech Authority Software. 

After regular business hours (8AM-6PM CST) there may be a delay in the subscription activation.

Registered through AE Tools

Once your order has been purchased, our team will apply your subscription/token to your account through our Mopar suite.

  • We recommend disconnecting your micropod/J2534 device and logging out of WiTech. Wait for 5 seconds, reconnect, and log in to ensure your account refreshes and activates properly.

Not Registered Through AE Tools

If you are not registered through us, you have two options:

  1. Register Your Account With AE Tools
    - You will need to create a support ticket and have our team activate your account and apply your subscriptions.
  2. Refund your order and purchase from MoparTSP.

AE Tools & Computers reserves the right to limit or cancel any order, and has sole discretion to allocate sales, limit quantities of selected products, and limit selected products to its customers. AE Tools & Computers reserves the right to reject any order or any part of an order. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

​- Software
​- Licenses
​- Shipping charges paid

Any return shipping WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER unless otherwise agreed upon by AE Tools & Computers.

All license codes and/or subscriptions must be applied to or activated within 180 days.

​ALL items not returned after 15 days will be considered accepted as delivered.

THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS.

NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES GIVEN UNTIL THE TOOL IS RECEIVED, INSPECTED, AND APPROVED FOR REFUND. DEPENDING ON TOOL CONDITION, FURTHER CHARGES MAY APPLY.

Customers must work with a Tech Support agent before returning any item to determine the proper next course of action.
