GM MDI 2
The latest PC-based GM Multiple Diagnostic Interface (MDI II) delivers enhanced processing power, security, and quicker programming speeds for Global A and upcoming Global B vehicles. Supporting diagnostic applications like GDS 2, Data Bus Diagnostic Tool, and Tech2Win, as well as Pass-Thru programming via TIS2Web–SPS, it replaces the original MDI for Pass-Thru programming on current GM models since 2007. Backward compatible, it handles Pass-Thru programming for vehicles built since 1996.
Key Features:
- Features a more secure Type B connector and Ground Offset Failure protection; wired connection recommended for longer programming events.
- Powered from the vehicle battery via the DLC Cable, with USB powering for firmware updates using a PC.
- Utilizes USB 2.0 for faster firmware downloads, eliminating the need for a separate AC power supply.
- Includes a longer DLC cable that connects at the top for enhanced usability, and only links to the MDI 2.

ALL license codes and/ or subscriptions are to be applied or activated within 180 days.
ALL items not returned after 15 days will be considered accepted as delivered.
THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS.
NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES GIVEN UNTIL THE TOOL IS RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND APPROVED FOR REFUND. DEPENDING ON TOOL CONDITION FURTHER CHARGES MAY APPLY.
